We purchased a 1950’s ranch home which was very dated. Out plan was take out some walls, move some doorways, etc. to create and open concept between the kitchen, living room and dining room. We had ideas on what we wanted, but were unsure if the layout would be possible or practical. We hired Gary to do a floor plan based on our ideas and asked for his input on the layout of the space. After viewing and measuring our home Gary shared his ideas on how he in visioned the space should be designed. He gave us options we had not even considered. We went with his plan and are very pleased we did. Gary also helped up with the lighting plan which made it so much easier when working with the electrical contractor. He turned it into an open concept family space, gave us a master suite and added a bedroom/den in the basement with a large window and walk‐ in closet. The celestial windows he suggested for the great room are one of our favorite aspects of our home. At that time we also received a design from a local large market designer…one of Gary’s competitors. The competitor’s design results were plain, while Gary’s design was knock your socks off awesome.
